基于FreeSwitch，搭建一个智能外呼系统的实验环境。希望搭一套基于FreeSwitch底层的语音平台，而不再依赖第三方的呼叫平台。主要实现以下功能： 1）拨打电话（外呼），并且获取到摘机挂机信号 2）会议和监听功能，主要用在人工主动介入场景：在机器与用户对话过程中，人工主动介入通话，掐断机器的语音，并由人去完成后续和用户的对话。 3）将FreeSwitch与已有的语音识别，语音合成能力结合。将wav音频文件和用户的语音进行传输希望对方协助实现以上功能，尤其是用FreeSwitch打电话的功能。如果有现成的外呼系统代码可以做二开更好。目前我方的实验环境：有一个深简IAD的语音网关，想利用模拟电话线结合FreeSwitch实现外呼。
