I’m looking for a tech-savvy freelancer capable of unlocking higher level access to a specific, unsupported software package. The project’s objectives are: Getting access to higher level user will allow me to troubleshoot and fix any hardware problems. Machine is a industrial 3d printer, 8 years old, saved from scrap, however fully functional, hardware and software. I am not able to get support from the manufacturer as the machine has been scrapped. Software runs on windows 7. first 2 levels of access are user and admin and i do know the passwords for it. 3 more levels I can’t access. They require licence file( i do have licence file, not sure if active or expired) and password( i do not know the passwords.)
