背景： 我们是一个医疗器械公司，目前多个医院的手术室使用了我司的手术影像系统。原本手术影像系统只能在现场操作，在手术过程过和医生随时沟通，确保手术正常进行。现在我们想开发一个软件，通过软件实现对手术影像系统的远程控制，同时与医生保持远程视频会议通讯。

需求： 我们需要定制开发管理后台（web）和 应用软件（web或桌面软件），应用软件根据账号权限分为手术端和控制端。场景中各部分的关系，详见附件的系统架构图。

手术端传输给控制端的影像，来自两方面，一是摄像头，二是手术影像系统。手术端需要和控制端进行远程视频语音通讯（类似腾讯会议），同时将手术影像系统传过来的高清影像传给控制端。

控制端需要显示高清影像和摄像头两个窗口，与手术端实时远程通讯，同时，控制端的鼠标键盘的指令，包括键盘上几十个快捷键操作，需要能实时传给手术端用于控制手术影像系统。

手术端和控制端的其它主要功能（类似腾讯会议，但略有定制化），包括：手术远程会议预约、进入手术远程会议、手术列表与查询；术者列表与查询；手术远程会议的操作（开启关闭画面声音、、开启水印、禁止截屏、邀请新的控制人员、转授控制权等）。

管理后台可创建/修改/删除 管理后台和应用软件的账号和密码，可查询管理后台和应用软件所有账号的操作日志，并且可查看所有的手术病例、医院、术者等，并提供数据看板。
