App android so库反编译升级开源众包

我们有个android的so库，没有源码，导致现在android的app没办法升级targetsdk到23以上。现在有以下两个方案解决：

1. 尝试通过ios的源代码（ios对应该功能的库是oc代码，有源代码）转译为安卓版本的代码后，尝试是否能打包升级成功。

2. 通过ida反编译工具获取android的so库的源代码（目前能获取到，但获取出来是cpp代码），将获取到的cpp代码通过android ndk工具重新进行调试编译，尝试重新打包成targetsdk>26或更高版本可调用的so库。

两种方案任一种能达到目的均可！
