I'm in need of a skilled .NET 6 C# developer with experience in implementing user authentication and authorization controls using OpenIDConnect and .net core Identity using cookies. The project includes integrating the OpenID implementation with third-party authentication providers, specifically Microsoft Identity Server 3 and Oauth2. We have both of these working, but are unable to set an expiry for the cookie to ensure the application is secure a logs the user out after 1hr on inactivity.
